The Sweet Art Museum is a place where wishes come true, where the imaginary turns into sweet, colourful and unparalleled experiences and where fantasy goes hand in hand with the real world.

Our mission is to awaken our imagination, to cultivate happiness, to share good memories and to make the world an even sweeter place!

After a successful season in Lisbon, The Sweetest Museum in the World arrives in Brazil. The first stage will be from June in São Paulo and in September we will be in Rio de Janeiro.

What is the value of the Ticket?
By the site Link R $ 60,00 whole and R $ 30,00 half entrance.

At the box office (Rua Colombia, nº 157 - Jardins - SP), R $ 60,00 and R $ 30,00 each.

Children under 4 years old are free of charge.

R $ 0.50 per ticket for the Renovatio institution, which helps children and adolescents better see the world, promoting eye exams and donation of prescription glasses. The idea is that, with the donation of the Sweetest Museum in the World, at least 400 people are cared for.

What to bring in your visit?
Bring your ticket (in digital or printed form), always accompanied by an identification document of the person who purchased the tickets.

How many tickets can I buy?
Each person can buy up to 8 tickets.

Tickets:
- Ticket Availability
100 tickets per hour, the ticket is purchased per hour, the ticket is made in order of arrival within the purchased time.
- Online and in-person ticket office have the same ticket availability.
- In-person ticket office Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00am to 20:00 hrs.
- Ticket exchange, cancellation, half-ticket policy follow the rules adopted by the platform.

What should I do on arrival at the Museum?
When you arrive, go to the entrance and wait for indications from our Staff.

How long is the visit?
The visit lasts approximately 60 minutes. As a way to ensure a quiet visit, groups of up to 20 people enter the space every 10 minutes. The only room with a limited time is the Marshmallow Pool Room.

Can I repeat a room or visit?
1 ticket corresponds to 1 single visit, it gives access to all rooms and after moving to the next room, visitors can not go back on the route, nor start the visit from the beginning.

Can I take children of any age?
Children can and should visit the museum, but we do not advise visiting children under 3 years of age. There is no place to store baby carriages or other large objects.

What can I bring to the visit?
Avoid carrying large bags or backpacks. Bring your camera or smartphone with battery and lots of free memory!

What is prohibited to take in the visit?
Professional photography, lighting and tripods;
Props with large volumes;
Animals;
Alcoholic beverages;
Food;

We warn of the fact that there is no headgear in place, nor be able to store travel bags, baby strollers or other large objects.

Yes, there are womens and mens booths.

Yes, there will be up to 3 tastings during the visit in some rooms and at the exit of the Museum.

What can you do during your visit?
During the visit you will have access to rooms and in some you can enjoy different digital experiences. You can also enjoy the tasting of sweets, take pictures and make videos in all available spaces.

Can I photograph the space?
You are allowed to take photographs, you just can not use professional material.
