What to bring in your visit?

What should I do on arrival at the Museum?
When you arrive, go to the entrance and wait for indications from our Staff.
How long is the visit?
The visit lasts approximately 60 minutes. As a way to ensure a quiet visit, groups of up to 20 people enter the space every 10 minutes. The only room with a limited time is the Marshmallow Pool Room.
Can I repeat a room or visit?
1 ticket corresponds to 1 single visit, it gives access to all rooms and after moving to the next room, visitors can not go back on the route, nor start the visit from the beginning.
Can I take children of any age?
Children can and should visit the museum, but we do not advise visiting children under 3 years of age. There is no place to store baby carriages or other large objects.
What can I bring to the visit?
Avoid carrying large bags or backpacks. Bring your camera or smartphone with battery and lots of free memory!
What is prohibited to take in the visit?
Professional photography, lighting and tripods;
